This policy explains how SAS Bayeux.Locker ("Bayeux.Locker") collects and processes your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data-protection law.

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

When you book, we collect: name, email address, phone number (to deliver your PIN code), and the information needed for payment (handled by our payment provider — we do not store your full card number). Our facility is also under video surveillance.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Managing your booking and locker access — performance of the contract.
  • Sending your PIN code by email/SMS — performance of the contract.
  • Customer support — legitimate interest.
  • Premises security (CCTV) — legitimate interest / security duty.
  • Accounting and legal obligations — legal obligation.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by a secure provider (PCI-DSS Level 1). Your card details are sent directly to that provider and are not stored by us.

5. Retention periods

  • Booking data: for the duration of the contract, then legal archiving (up to 10 years for accounting records).
  • CCTV footage: a maximum of 30 days, in line with French CNIL guidance.

6. Recipients

Your data is accessible only to authorised staff of the Operator and to our technical processors (payment, email/SMS delivery, hosting), who act on instruction and in compliance with the GDPR. No data is sold.

7. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to contact@bayeux.locker. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr) or your local supervisory authority.

8. Cookies

This site is static and uses no advertising or third-party analytics cookies by default. If audience-measurement tools are added later, your consent will be requested beforehand.
